Is there an age limit?
Persons under the age of 14 are not permitted. Members aged 14 or 15 are required to join with a parent/guardian and required to accompanied by parent/guardian member at the facility. Members aged 14-17 and their parent/guardian are required to sign Underage Waivers upon joining.
Do you have family rates?
To create a Family Rate, we take the Couples Rate and add $25 per additional family member. For further information on this, please contact us.
How do I pay?
Payment is monthly by recurring payment (via debit or credit card). The day you sign up will be your auto renewal day for your membership. Seven days notice prior to your membership renewal is required for cancellation.
What’s your return policy on key cards?
We ask when you cancel your membership that you please return your access cards to the interior or exterior dropbox . Access cards can also be mailed to:
